SMALL GROUP TRAINING
(2-6 LADIES PER SESSION)

Our strength-focused small group sessions provide expert guidance, individualized attention, and proper technique to ensure measurable progress. Open to all fitness levels and all ages  (18+), we emphasize progressive overload for real, lasting results.

We follow structured 8-12 week programs designed around functional strength and bodybuilding-style training—with no cardio or high-intensity workouts.

Each program is low impact and fully adaptable to accommodate any restrictions. Whether you're injured, pregnant, new to lifting, or an experienced lifter, we tailor workouts to fit your needs.

All group members receive exclusive access to the Pwrgrls Training app, where they can follow their programs, watch workout videos, track progress, and access additional training resources.

1ON1 TRAINING

One-on-one coaching with a customized program based on your goals.

Your trainer will track progress, adjust workouts, and push you for maximum results. Perfect for women looking for focused attention and accelerated progress.

YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
(AGES 12-17)

A structured program designed to build confidence, strength, and movement skills for girls ages 12-17.

A supportive, empowering environment for young athletes and beginners alike.

OPEN GYM
(TRAIN ON YOUR OWN TERMS)

  • Use our gym space during dedicated Open Gym hours.

  • Follow your own routine or use our structured programs via the Pwrgrls Training app.

KIDS CLUB
