Semi-Private Training

Train together, grow together. Our semi-private sessions bring 2–6 women together in an uplifting, supportive environment. Each program follows a carefully structured 12-week strength training plan designed to help you progress safely and effectively. With a full weekly schedule offering flexible times throughout the day, it’s easy to find sessions that fit your lifestyle. Plus, every client gets access to our PWRGRLS Studio App to track each workout, measure progress, and stay motivated along the way.
